No Climate Controlled Units - Things to Know
Our units have no temperature or humidity controls. The roof is insulated and the floors have vapor barriers underneath the concrete. However, the concrete may still sweat in the summer. Therefore, we recommend using pallets (available free at all locations) and suggest that you place clothes in plastic bags and cover furniture to reduce dust collecting on its surface. For further protection, we recommend placing mouse bait in units and discourage the storage of any food items in the storage unit.
What type of security do you have at your facility?
Most locations have 24 hour security camera monitoring. We require you to use our special hardened steel security locks.
